For sights and activities:
There has been much to see and your guides and drivers have always been punctual and attentive. Mr. Tan has ensured that we have seen everything in the itineraries AND MORE !!
For hotels:
All hotels in Hanoi were excellent and high standard. Facilities and breakfast were great.
Restaurant:
All restaurants, except one, were excellent standard and the food was very good. The restaurant and tour in Hanoi on 19 Feb (night) was only average.
Tour guide:
Mr. Tan was always most attentive and informative. He made our stay in Sapa an unforgettable experience, especially taking us to the annual Mong festival. He also ensured that my wife’s birthday was very enjoyable on our trip to Halong Bay.
Local transport:
Our drivers in all regions have been most courteous and skilful, especially on our trip to Halong Bay when we had to find another route into Hanoi because of a traffic jam.
