- Local Tour Guides: very good: very courteous, attentive and helpful, especially
in Hue/Hoi An (Ms. Van thi Hoai Huong). She is very knowledgeable and her English
is excellent. All excursions were carried out without mistakes. Drivers and
guides were always on time and very attentive. - Transportation was good. I had
made a remark about rough riding, but I think it was mainly due to the road
condition on the way to Ha Long Bay.
- Hotels: We were very pleased with Victoria Sapa, and Continental (Saigon). Hoi An
Beach Resort is nice, but is far away from the Old Quarter. Flower Garden Hotel is
OK although the rooms are small. Hue Park View Hotel and Yasaka Nha Trang are NOT
up to the 4star standard: the rooms are kind of run down and poor up keep in the
common areas. I would have liked to stay in Saigon Morin Hotel in Hue . Emotion
cruise is excellent.
- Meals: all breakfasts at hotels were good. The one breakfast in Lao Cai after
the train trip from Ha Noi was kind of poor and skimpy . That is the only "below
average" thing of the whole trip.
In summary:&n bsp; it was a wonderful experience from the start to the end, and we
all enjoyed it very much. Will strongly recommend your company to family and
friends.
