We had a wonderful time in Vietnam!

The hotels were good, so were the breakfasts and the few included meals.
Transportation was very good, the drivers were very nice and were willing to
look and stop for interesting pictures.  The guides were also good, very
knowledgeable and accommodating, specially the first three.  They were vey
punctual, we only had to wait for one when we arrived at the airport (in
HCMC).  The cruise was excellent, my only feedback is that I didn't know
there was an option for 2 nights in the cruise instead of 1 (we would have
taken this option over Cat Ba).  We did have some problems with Vietnam
Airlines, but this has nothing to do with the tour.
 
Since you have requested feedback for future clients, please accept this
feedback in the best interest it is offered, again - we had an excellent
time in Vietnam!  Thru the tour there were some discrepancies regarding the
program and what was possible to do, so my only feedback in this regard is
to contact the guides (they are freelancers) and iscuss the details of the
program before finalizing it so the client is clear on what will happen with
anticipation.  Examples of this: small canals in Mekong Delta (we didn't
visit the ones I have seen in pictures because we had a large boat), treking
in Cat Ba National Park doesn't have views of the bay (after my request, the
guide changed the visit), the beach (island) we were supposed to visit in
Nha Trang was off limits because of construction (but the guide took us to
another nice beach), no one knew about the deaf-mute group of artists that
created the embroided paintings in Hue (we purchased them somewhere else).
