There is no specific answer for this question as there are too many interesting festival, events and year-round tourist actractions in Vienam. Vietnam is goelogically divided into 3 main parts but it is common known that there are two main climate regions. The North covering a larger area from Ha Giang in the top north province to Hue, the central city has harder climate conditions. The Summer in some provinces in the North is very hot due to effect of Laos wind, The Winter is lightly cold especially in some mountainous areas. Climate in the South is different. There are two seasons only, dry and raining. There is no winter in the South with everage temperature around the year is always above 20oC.
