Booking
All tour booking can be made via online form, email and fax.
All booking must be completed with following information:
- Full name of all participant
- Passport number
- Visa approval code (if have)
- Tour itinerary preferred
- Contact email and telephone and fax number.
- Date of arrival
- Flight information
Confirm a booking
All booking will be confirmed within 24hours since email received. If not, please forward to our Operation department to avoid missing email.
Cancellation
No cancellation is accepted on or later than 72hours prior to the date of arrival (for FIT booking) or 03 weeks prior to the date of arrival (for group booking). Otherwise, a cancellation charge will be applied. The first night room rate will be charged for cancellation for FIT booking or a fee of 50% total payment for group booking.
Payment
A deposit of 80% total payment must be recieved by Asianway Travel at least 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. The remaining payment must be paid before arrival.
Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer and credit card in net invoice amount. Client should cover all bank transaction fee.
