DAY 01 ARRIVAL – SAIGON – VUNG TAU (D)

On arrival, pick up and transfer to Vung Tau city, once this seaside resort was a place where French colonialists and later U.S. servicemen spent leisure time. At present, Vung Tau offers you perfect relaxation on sandy Marina beach caressed by the cool breeze from the vast Pacific Ocean. A wide range of entertainment is available (Extra option) including golfing and water sports (water skiing, surfing, sailing, etc.) Arrive in Vung Tau, check in hotel. Enjoy your free time to explore the local life or relax on the beach. Overnight in Vung Tau.

DAY 02 VUNG TAU – SAIGON (B,L,D)

After breakfast, a visit to the White Villa offers an opportunity to see an exhibition of old Chinese pottery salvaged from an 18^th century shipwreck. Visit Sakayamuni (Buddha Shane), Niravana Temple and Whale Temple. Lunch at restaurant. Back to Saigon. Visit War Museum and Reunification Hall. Check in hotel. Overnight in Saigon.

DAY 03 SAIGON – VINH LONG – CAN THO (B,L,D)

Heading out of town we travel by road to Cai Be in Vinh Long Province. On arrival we embark on a boat for a leisurely trip around the tributaries of the mighty Mekong River. Our first stop is the vibrant floating market of Cai Be where each boat usually sells one particular item, whether it be pumpkins, pineapples, sugar canes,…. and in order that the customer knows where to shop, they hang that item from the highest part of the boat. Along the way we also visit the many fascinating local cottages industries including rice paper makers, sweet factory, bonsai nurseries. After a huge lunch at an orchard we weave our way through the intricate network of canals which are the lifeblood of the Mekong Delta, to Vinh Long. At this small town we meet up with our vehicle for a short drive to Can Tho, our final destination. Overnight in Can Tho.

DAY 04 CAN THO – HA TIEN (B,L,D)

The watery world of the Mekong Delta is home to many bustling floating markets. This day we take a boat trip exploring the vibrant floating market of Cai Rang and Phong Dien, whose the trading way is unique; each boat usually sells one particular item, whether it be pumpkins, pineapples, sugar canes. After an impressive boat trip, traveling by road to Ha Tien, a seaside and fishing region. On arrival, journey to Hon Chong, approximately 30 km from Ha Tien, where fish is sold and pepper is grown. Visit to Chua Hang Pagoda which is located on Cai mount. Overnight in Ha Tien.

DAY 05 HA TIEN – CHAU DOC (B,L,D)

After breakfast, visit to Thach Dong Thon Van. This is a cave formed by a huge green rock rising above the ground on National Highway 17, approximately 3 km from Ha Tien. Climb to the top which is 500m high, where white clouds float around the cave opening, almost as if the cave was blowing a cloud of smoke. Then travel to Chau Doc to visit Chau Doc Town, local market, Lady Lord Pagoda, Thoai Ngoc Hau Mausoleum, Tay An Temple. Enjoy your free time for the rest of the day to relax. Overnight in Chau Doc

DAY 06 CHAU DOC – SAIGON (B,L,D)

After breakfast, transfer back to Saigon. Although it is a big and chaotic metropolis, but this make your discovering the city are unique. Nice colonial center, with broad promenades and squares, and some French influence buildings that should not be missed. There are also many nice temples and pagodas. Another of the things visitors should not miss are its popular markets - a great place to taste the local food specialties. Our stops in this city tour inclusive Reunification Palace, War Musuem, Jade Emperor Pagoda, Thien Hau Pagoda, on the way back we visit bustling China Town, and Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Saigon.

DAY 07 SAIGON – CU CHI TUNNELS – SAIGON (B,L,D)

After breakfast, transfer to visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence. The Cu Chi Tunnel system had been created long time back, from 1948 to assist Viet Minh in the combat with French. And it was continuing built over 25 years later. It was an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers. In places, it was housed up to 10,000 people who virtually lived underground for years.... getting married, giving birth. During the American War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated a free fire zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of tunnels have been open for visitors. Back to Saigon. After lunch, continuing to visit City Hall, Ho Chi Minh Monument, Central Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral, a magnificent building located in the heart of the city, and was built in a French style. Check in hotel. Overnight in Saigon.

DAY 08 SAIGON – DEPARTURE (B)

After breakfast, free time until being transferred to the airport for a departure flight. End tour.
